Hi Everyone!
Happy New Year! We hope everyone had a great holiday season! :)
Quick update for you all today! We have a few projects in line for quoting ahead of this one, but we're expecting to get our finalized quote for printing later this month or in early February. Once we have more specifics on that, we'll let y'all know!
A Look at the Signature Pages!

Hi everyone!
While we wait on updates from our printer, we wanted to share with you all, a quick look at the finalized designs of the signature pages! These pages are called Tip-Ins, which are printed ahead of the rest of the books and shipped to the author for signing. Once those are done, we ship them back to the printer who will then bind them into the rest of the book.
Once we have word of those going out, we'll let y'all know!
Stay Tuned!
Update to Wraithmarked Support and Update Policies

Hi everyone!
If we haven't made our formal introduction update on this campaign yet: Hi, I'm Eira, Head of Crowdfunding and Fulfillment over here at Wraithmarked and I'm here with my colleague Heather. Nice to meet y'all (or possibly hello again).
I'm interrupting our regularly scheduled updates to let you know that we're slightly changing how we handle a few things here at Wraithmarked, first and foremost, how we offer and manage support. Second, our update frequency. So let's jump right into it!
Wraithmarked Support
Over the last couple of years, we've been very fortunate to see our audience grow considerably and we've expanded to account for that. We started taking email support requests, brought new people on board to help, and transitioned from an email inbox to a ticketing system. None of it has been perfect, but we've always tried to provide you all with the best support possible.
So here we are again, making a change to hopefully improve your experience as well as ours. At time of writing, there are three primary ways for you to contact us: Kickstarter comments, Kickstarter messages, and our support email. Over the last few months, wrangling all of these different channels has exposed a few inefficiencies that we'd like to address.
Effective immediately, if you need help with something, please send an email to [email protected]. If you send us a Kickstarter message, we're going to reply with a form response asking you to send your request to our support email.
You're of course welcome to comment as you feel you need to and we will reply to your comment as soon as we're able!
Support Hours
If you've never contacted us for any issues, here are a few important things for you to keep in mind. First, we are open 8am - 4pm EST. Second, we are closed on all Federal US holidays. Finally, when you contact us, we will have your request assigned to either Heather or myself AND we'll always do our absolute best to reply to your request within 3-5 business days.
Update Schedule
Over the past couple of years, we've generally held to a firm stance of posting 2 updates on each campaign a month. While in many cases we have plenty to talk about, sometimes— particularly if books are crossing the ocean— there's not much to share. So, going forward, our campaign update policy will be "no less than 1 update a month". Even though we'll continue in our endeavor to share 2 updates a month with you, there may be months where there is only 1 update.
Thanks so much for your time and your continued support! We'll catch you in the next update!

Checking In!

Hey there folks!
We hope you're all doing well, staying healthy, and maybe enjoying some cooler weather (or warmer, for our friends in another hemisphere)! We've got another boring update for you lovely backers, here, but boring in this case is actually preferred!
Everything is going smoothly on the side of production, which is what we always want to hear! As we mentioned in our last update, we sent over specs to our printer, and we're still arranging a final price. This process typically takes a bit of back-and-forth, and with the holidays approaching, the exact timing of things can always be a little touch and go. All that said, once we get and accept the final quote, we'll be able to get rolling on production. And of course, we'll update y'all once that happens!
Speaking of Holidays...
With the holidays soon approaching, we also wanted to give folks plenty of heads up that we'll be out of the office November 28th and several of us will be out on the 29th as well. If you need assistance around that time, please send an email to [email protected] and we'll catch up with you once we're back! Thanks in advance for your patience! <3
We hope you all have a great rest of your month!
Quick update!

Hey everyone!
We wanted to check in real quick today to let y'all know that we're still here and working on pushing this book through! This process can be a little boring to some, but keep reading for a little bit of the inside scoop on how this works.
Now that the interior is done, this project is one of several that are in line to start getting quotes from our printer. This step is typically pretty quick, but with the holiday season around the corner, things are getting busy.
Once we send our final specs over for quoting, the printer will come back with a quote for the total print run. We'll make any needed adjustments and then send it back. All told the process can go through several rounds of revisions before we arrive at a final printing quote. As soon as we accept that quote, the printer will start working on templates for the jackets and the cases that we use to finalize the exterior designs (part of that pre-press phase we mentioned in our last update).
As we go through that process we'll update you on all the latest. Until then, we're waiting patiently for our turn!
